Cost is per session, we do not offer monthly membership - we are not a gym. We focus on providing a bespoke professional and safe MMA training experience for beginners.

History of Mixed Martial Arts and UFC

• Mixed martial arts dates back to 648 BC known then as Pankration, combat sport of ancient Greece and a hand to hand combat training method of the Greek armies.
