How much are your kickboxing classes? Sorry, no group classes. I offer private personal training only. Although you can share your session and cost with a friend or family member. How much is a personal training session? Depends on the training you want, 45 minute sessions start from €36 for women and €54 for men. How many lessons do I need to learn self defense? I offer a 10 session starter package which gives you everything you need in reality based self defence, but you need to understand that if you do not continue to practice, when you actually need to protect yourself in a life and death situation, fear and adrenaline will take over your body and you will not remember anything. Self defense is a way of life, not a 10 minute YouTube video. Do you train children for self defence? Yes, from 15 years and up. I'm interested to start running but afraid of injuries, can you help? Yes, I specialise in beginners Marathon training and beginners fitness running with programmes that I have developed over 10 years proven to reduce injuries. In your Cardio Kickboxing workouts will I get hurt? Since 2011 when I started, I have a ZERO injury client record. I'd say you have more chance of getting hurt working out in a gym with weights. I want to lose weight, will Cardio Kickboxing help? Yes, it's a massive high intensity cardio workout that burns huge amounts of calories. Where is your Kickboxing gym? Everywhere! I come to you or we can meet at once of the private beach areas, local parks or even at your house. I'm not very fit, will I manage your Cardio Kickboxing sessions? Yes, we go at a pace that is right for you and build up slowly. Absolutely suitable for beginners so don't worry, you will love it. What will I need for my first Cardio Kickboxing workout? Regular workout cloths, water bottle and towel. Everything else I bring including boxing gloves.
