Here's how we make ours:
- 30g Organic Oats. Available in most supermarkets in Limassol, we buy our at Papas Supermarket in Potamos Germasogeia.
- Organic Coconut milk or Almond milk.
- A sprinkling of sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and a few Goji Berries.
- Tea spoon of raw honey
- Sprinkling of Cinnamon
This is our number one breakfast for all our workouts, utra runs and marathon races. Never fails to work and keep us fueled for many hours of sports. Without fail, every person that trains with us for weight loss are the ones who insist they cannot eat breakfast to start their day, instead their day starts late morning with a breakfast of coffee, sugary drinks and simple carb based foods. And almost always, their day ends with a large meal late at night.
