Running. If your initial response to this was "But I hate running", just take an honest look as the reason why. Without knowing you, I would dare to say 100% it's because you find it too difficult. Your answer may be more "no, its just boring" or some other lame excuse. We are not going to insist that you run a marathon (now that is boring. I've done ten 42km marathons and yep, they are boring), but we are asking you to get your body back to real health and fitness by at least being able to run 5km. We've met so many dedicated gym users who are so proud of their muscle definition, flat stomach and fine biceps (90% of which comes from dropping fat through the unnatural and unhealthy consumption of whey proteins and other poisons), but ask them to run 10km outdoors without stopping or collapsing, and they simply cannot. Fact is, running is the be all and end all of fitness, and real health survival. With the right training and diet, running 5km may one day save your life, and will be easy and another goal accomplished.
